You may use CyNightMeds for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify or copy the materials, use them for commercial gain, attempt to reverse-engineer the site, or remove any proprietary notices.

The information on CyNightMeds is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always verify the pharmacy is open before driving, and call the listed phone number first.
5. Data accuracy
We update from official schedules every day. Schedules can occasionally change at short notice, especially around holidays. Call the pharmacy before driving, and confirm services before relying on availability.
6. Limitation of liability
CyNightMeds and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service — including loss of data, missed appointments, or interruption.
7. Acceptable conduct
You won't:
- Violate any local, national, or EU law
- Transmit harmful, threatening, or defamatory content
- Attempt unauthorised access to the systems
- Disrupt the Service or its servers
- Use automated systems to scrape excessively

The Service links to third-party services like Apple Maps, Google Maps, and Waze. We aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.
